1 cup plain or fruit flavored yogurt
1 1/4cup milk (low fat or whole)
1 1/2 cup of freeze-dried Bananas

1 egg

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease muffin pans. Beat egg: stir in milk and oil. Add dry ingredients, stir until flour is moistened. Stir in Nature’s All Foods freeze-dried Strawberries.
